Chicken Adobo

2lbChicken Thighs or parts
2-1/2cupWater
1/2cupSoy Sauce
1/2cupDistilled Vinegar
3-Clove garlic minced
1/2tspPepper
1/4cupSugar


In a large pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil then lower heat and let simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Juice is good on rice.
