But when I look outside, it seems like winter wants to start early! I urge members to take precautions while driving now that there is snow on the ground, namely at the Egan/Sunny Point intersection. 2007 is quickly coming to an end, and what better way to celebrate the closing of the year with a party! I am really excited for the upcoming Thanksgiving/Christmas party at Centennial Hall (see dates to remember for party information). The party will be a little different this year in that we are having it catered. Expect lots of great entertainment and door prizes throughout the evening. And yes, Santa will also be present to hand out gifts to the children. With the upcoming year approaching, the Association will be beginning its membership renewal drive earlier than usual. Membership fee is still only $10.00, and senior citizens are free. Your membership to this Association is very important to the continuity of our community and group mission. The members are the foundation of this Association. I would like to thank those of you who continue to support the Association and hope that we can continue the same enthusiasm and support into 2008.
