Cris Fermin and Bob Doll are the set-up coordinators and Rochelle Solanoy is in-charge of the decorations. If you will like to help out, please come to the hall. Transportation – I still need 2 or 3 vehicles to transport items needed for this event, such as the sound systems, gifts, etc..Please come to my house at 8:30am to load and transport items to the hall. Clean-up after the event – we will probably start doing clean up between 10:30 – 11:00pm. The more help we have, the quicker we will get done. Santa Claus – I am still looking for any volunteer, outfit will be provided. Tickets – I still have some tickets left. If you need more or if you don’t have any ticket yet, please let me know or give me a call by Thursday (I need to provide Abby’s Kitchen with the number of people). Members are welcome to invite or bring guests/friends (of course they must have ticket) ** If you still did not make your ticket payments, you can do so by coming to the hall during our set up time. By doing so, it will avoid the confusion and congestion at the door during the event. Rose dela Cruz is in charge at the door. Choir members – last practice is this Friday, at 7pm at my house. I would like to express my appreciation for everyone’s support throughout this process, and I am looking forward to see everyone there.
